Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? You’re not alone, here are the ones we hear most often.
A landing page is a single page, usually to summarize your services, and facilitate booking services. A full website has multiple pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.) and covers your whole business. If you’re just starting out or running a business with set prices, a landing page is often all you need.
A landing page typically takes around 7 business days. A multi-page website usually takes 1–3 weeks depending on scope. The biggest factor is how quickly we can align on content and feedback, so the faster you can review, the faster we can finish.
At minimum — your logo, brand colors, the text you want on the site, and any photos you’d like to use. Don’t have everything ready? That’s okay. I can work with placeholder content and help guide you on what’s needed as we go.
Absolutely. Once the project is paid in full, the website is yours — the design, the content, everything. You’re not locked into any ongoing relationship with me unless you choose to be.
I build every site with SEO best practices in place, so every word in your website is chosen specifically so that Google’s algorithm understands and ranks your website as relevant in your industry. Ranking highly on Google over time also depends on your content and ongoing SEO efforts, which I can advise on separately.
You walk away with a working site and I will remain available for ongoing maintenance, updates, or future additions if you ever need help down the road — just ask.
Just reach out and tell me a little about your business and what you’re looking for. We’ll have a quick chat to understand your needs and I’ll send over a proposal from there. No pressure, no commitment until you’re ready.
Not at all — that’s exactly what I’m here for. You don’t need to know anything about tech, design, or how websites work. You just tell me about your business, what you want people to do when they land on your site, and I handle everything else. I’ll explain things in plain language at every step, and handle anything you need along the way.
